As we all know, the world is slowly becoming aware of the problems caused by the increase in environmental pollution and plastic collection. This has become one of the top priorities of any environmental association aimed at improving the condition of our planet.

Real Venetian Kayak wants to be part of the change. Venice is a city dominated by water and who lives or visits Venice must respect the water.

Everything that happens here is based on the relationship that the citizen, but also the tourist, has with water. How many times have we unconsciously crossed a bridge, ignoring the fact that we were going through running water? We don’t have to forget how water is important to protect. This is why we created Clean Venice 4 All.

The kayak tours we offer are 100% Eco-Friendly. In fact, our boats do not cause oil pollution, and they are not even equipped with a propeller, therefore they cannot have that hydrodynamic impact that causes the erosion of the foundations of Venice.

However, our contribution to improving the environment is not limited to this. The Venetian canals, unfortunately, are too often taken for granted, polluted and not protected. This is what our Company intends to avoid, proposing an awareness campaign for all RVK – Real Venetian Kayak clients or partners. During each excursion, the instructor collects part of this waste, not only to favor a smoother course of his own boat but also to foster in our clients and other people the culture of respecting the environment and be an active part of the change.

Real Venetian Kayak aims to point out all the situations of risk, transmitting the interest in keeping the waters clean, and identifying the possible remedies, not only as a related reality in Venice but as an entity that cares about the interest of the environment in general.

To make our contribution more active, moreover, we have participated several times in the campaign proposed by UNESCO “World Oceans Day, Clean Our Ocean”. Only with a collective commitment, we can achieve our goals and shared values.

The Clean Venice 4 All project has a dual objective:

• first off, physically cleaning the lagoon waters from waste such as plastic
• in the long term, raising awareness among RVK clients and partners about the environmental problems of Venice and the world.

Starting from Venice, we want to give an example. It is not time to delegate.
