• Heart conditions
• Epilepsy
• Neurological diseases
• Serious respiratory diseases
• Any pathology which may impair normal physical activities

Cancellation policy and penalties

If cancellations are made up to 5 days before the outing, no penalty will be paid.

If cancellations are made up from 5 up to one day before the outing, a penalty in the amount of 50% of the activity fee must be paid.

If cancellations are made the very same day of the activity, the activity fee must be paid in full.

In the event of extreme weather conditions, e.g. gale-force wind, heavy rain, lightning, the excursion will be cancelled and, if possible, it will be rescheduled by mutual agreement between the parties. If the excursion is cancelled because of extreme weather conditions and cannot be rescheduled, no penalty will be charged to the client.
The client cannot take action against Real Venetian Kayak if the excursion is cancelled because of extreme weather conditions.
